VTL is 100% cowhide leather that is hand-dyed using natural tannins from wood, bark, fruits, and leaves, making it not only better for the planet but much safer for you and your pet. This process is free of harmful chemicals like chromium and results in an exceptional product that maintains durability and improves in aesthetic over time.

We recommend gently wiping down the vegetable-tanned leather with a soft damp cloth and using a natural leather conditioner as needed to keep the leather supple. The removable mattress and magnetic pillow/chin rest are machine washable - gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. The Murano Glass bowls are dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing.

We recommend using a tape measurer and following the size chart provided on our product page.

All exchanges are free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order if they are due to a production defect or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order. As each LOVE TEDICI product is made to order, no other returns or exchanges will be accepted.

LOVE TEDICI does not cover taxes or duties. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery for shipping and returns. Duties and taxes are subject to your local tax laws and applicable to the country where the order will be delivered.
